  Northeastern Dutchess County in east central New York...
  Columbia County in east central New York...

* Until 345 PM EDT.

* At 307 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Pine Plains,
  or 13 miles northeast of Rhinebeck, moving north at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Pittsfield, Great Barrington, Chatham, Lee, Lenox, Copake, Pine
  Plains, Austerlitz, Ancram, Philmont, Housatonic, Ghent, Bethel,
  Stockbridge, Hillsdale, Canaan, Richmond, Taghkanic, West
  Stockbridge, and Alford.
