* WHERE...Eastern Columbia, Eastern Dutchess, and Eastern Rensselaer
  Counties.

* WHEN...From noon Tuesday to 5 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will likely impact today`s evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow overspread the region this morning
  from south to north, before mixing with sleet and freezing rain
  late this afternoon into this evening. Precipitation will taper
