* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 8
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Hamilton and Northern Herkimer Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 AM Sunday to 1 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Periods of snow will develop late tonight and
  continue through the day on Sunday.  Snowfall rates may be close
  to one inch per hour at times on Sunday morning into the early
