* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 8
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Hamilton and Northern Herkimer Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be hazardous due to snow covered roadways
  and reduced visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Periods of snow will develop later this
  morning and continue through the day.  Snowfall rates may be close
  to one inch per hour at times this morning into the early
  afternoon hours.
