THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations
  between 2 and 5 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze to
  locally one tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of eastern New York and southern Vermont.

* WHEN...From 7 AM to 6 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow Thursday morning will changeover to a
  wintry mix of sleet and freezing rain or drizzle Thursday
  afternoon.

Slow down and use caution while traveling.
