  tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...The Hudson Valley from the Capital District south.

* WHEN...From noon today to 5 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions will likely impact today`s evening commute.

  afternoon, before mixing with sleet and freezing rain later this
