Total snow accumulations between 6 and 9 inches, with higher amounts of 9 to 12 inches in the southern Green Mountains of Vermont. * WHERE...Portions of western Massachusetts, east central and eastern New York, and southern Vermont. * WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 1 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
