The Flood Watch will expire for portions of the Panhandle of
Oklahoma, including the following areas, Cimarron and Texas and the
Panhandle of Texas, including the following areas, Armstrong, Carson,
Dallam, Deaf Smith, Hansford, Hartley, Hutchinson, Moore, Oldham,
Palo Duro Canyon, Potter, Randall and Sherman.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will expire
at 1 PM CDT this afternoon.
