The Flood Watch will expire for portions of the Panhandle of
Oklahoma, including the following areas, Beaver and Texas and the
Panhandle of Texas, including the following areas, Hansford,
Lipscomb and Ochiltree.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood
Watch will expire at 1 PM CDT this afternoon.
