...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM CDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of the Panhandle of Oklahoma, including the
  following areas, Cimarron and Texas and the Panhandle of Texas,
  including the following areas, Armstrong, Carson, Dallam, Deaf
  Smith, Hansford, Hartley, Hutchinson, Moore, Oldham, Palo Duro
  Canyon, Potter, Randall and Sherman.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
