The Flood Watch will expire for portions of the Panhandle of
Oklahoma, including the following area, Beaver and the Panhandle of
Texas, including the following areas, Armstrong, Carson,
Collingsworth, Deaf Smith, Donley, Gray, Hemphill, Lipscomb,
Ochiltree, Oldham, Palo Duro Canyon, Potter, Randall, Roberts and
Wheeler.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will
expire at 7 AM CDT this morning.
