.DISCUSSION... Breezy southerly winds are expected during the
afternoon and evening hours of today and Friday with strongest winds
primarily across the Northwestern Panhandles. However, higher
moisture should prevent elevated or critical fire weather conditions
from materializing for most of the area. Friday will also see
chances of showers and thunderstorms return across the Western
Panhandles, which will increase concerns of lightning related starts
once again.
