Fire weather condition are forecast to remain largely absent today
near the spot area. Favorable relative humidty, especially this
morning, should should aid in counteracting fire spread. Though
winds are breezy this morning, and should continue as such from
the south this afternoon, RFTI values are still at 0 due to winds
not being strong enough on their own. This morning`s X-factor
will be the ongoing thunderstorm activity south of the spot area.
Sudden downdraft winds from behind thunderstorms could create
brief, gusty, and sporadic winds. If the fire is ongoing by
midday, atmospheric instability has a low chance to allow for
pyrocumulus development.
