.DISCUSSION...
Winds will be out of the southwest this morning at around 5 to 10
mph, potentially higher at times. Winds will shift southerly later
this morning and southeasterly by late afternoon. Isolated to
scattered thunderstorms are favored to start to develop around 3
PM, but most likely between 4 PM to around 7 PM. Thunderstorms
will produce strong downdrafts and erratic winds at the surface.
