.DISCUSSION...Present cloud cover should keep stronger winds from
mixing down through this afternoon, but still look for southerly
to southwesterly winds to bearound 10 to 15 mph with gusts
upwards of 20 mph. Winds do being to transition to more
southeasterly to easterly direction as we head into the
overnight, but speeds should drop to under 10 mph once the
sun sets. Otherwise, look for present cloud cover to keep
temperatures on the cooler side with highs only expected to be in
the upper 40s to low 50s with min RH values staying above 20%.
