Light west to northwest winds to start the day around 4 to 7 mph.
During the burn period, winds will stay in this range, but should
gradually turn counter cockwise from the northwest down to the
south. No RFTI`s today, as winds are too low, and RH values look
to bottom out around 20 percent. Low mixing heights around 2kft
agl, and weak transport winds in the 5-7 mph range will not be
favorable for dispersion.
