This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Texas and Oklahoma
Panhandles.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Hot temperatures are expected today across the Panhandles, with a
few locations reaching or slightly exceeding 100 degrees.

A Heat Advisory is in effect for Palo Duro Canyon from 1 PM to 8
PM as heat index values are expected to reach up to 105 degrees.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

There is a very low chance for thunderstorms in the eastern Texas
Panhandle Tuesday afternoon. There will be a chance for
thunderstorms across the northern combined Panhandles Tuesday
evening. Strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible with
large hail and damaging winds the primary hazards.
