* WHAT...For the Heat Advisory for today, hot temperatures or heat
  index values up to 108 expected. For the Heat Advisory on
  Wednesday, hot temperatures or heat index values up to 107
  expected.

* WHERE...Palo Duro Canyon State Park.

* WHEN...For the Heat Advisory for today, from 1 PM this afternoon
  to 8 PM CDT this evening. For the Heat Advisory on Wednesday, from
  1 PM to 8 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
  illnesses.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.
