HARTLEY COUNTIES THROUGH 915 PM CDT...

At 851 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles southwest of Texline, or 11 miles south of Clayton, moving
south at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
