NORTHEASTERN OLDHAM...SHERMAN...NORTHWESTERN POTTER...SOUTHEASTERN
DALLAM...MOORE AND EASTERN HARTLEY COUNTIES THROUGH 1015 PM CDT...
At 943 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles west of Four Way, or 14 miles southwest of Dumas, moving
northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Dumas, Stratford, Hartley, Cactus, Sunray, Channing, Four Way, Valley
De Oro, Conlen, Boys Ranch, and Masterson.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
