EASTERN GRAY...NORTHERN COLLINGSWORTH...EASTERN ROBERTS...HEMPHILL...
EASTERN OCHILTREE AND NORTHERN DONLEY COUNTIES THROUGH 900 PM CDT...

At 755 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 8 miles east of Forgan to 7 miles northeast of
Wolf Creek Park to 8 miles southeast of Lora to 6 miles south of Lake
Mcclellan. Movement was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lipscomb, Canadian, Shamrock, Beaver, Briscoe, Wheeler, Booker,
Mclean, Forgan, Follett, Howardwick, Higgins, Darrouzett, Gate,
Knowles, Wolf Creek Park, Lake Mcclellan, Twitty, Lake Marvin, and
Dozier.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 122 and 176.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for
the Panhandle of Texas.
