...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN LIPSCOMB...NORTHERN
ROBERTS...NORTHERN HEMPHILL AND SOUTHEASTERN OCHILTREE COUNTIES
THROUGH 645 PM CDT...

At 542 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms in Roberts County, northern Hemphill County, and
Southern Lipscomb County, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lipscomb, Canadian, Higgins, Glazier, and Lake Marvin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
