...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN OLDHAM AND CENTRAL
HARTLEY COUNTIES THROUGH 715 PM CDT...

At 644 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11
miles northeast of Romero, or 22 miles southwest of Dalhart, moving
north at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.
