  Dallam County in the Panhandle of Texas...
  Northeastern Hartley County in the Panhandle of Texas...

* Until 1045 PM CDT.

* At 948 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 7 miles southwest of Ware to 10 miles southwest of
  Dalhart to 6 miles northwest of Hartley, moving north at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to roofs, siding, and trees is possible.

* Locations impacted include...
  Dalhart, Ware, and Conlen.
