* WHAT...Dangerous swimming conditions expected. Waves up to 4
  feet may produce dangerous rip currents.

* WHERE...Emmet, Leelanau, Benzie and Manistee Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 9 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...A high swim risk means life threatening waves and
  currents are expected. Stay out of the water and stay away
  from dangerous areas like piers and breakwalls.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
