.DISCUSSION...Early morning fog (locally dense) should burn off
within a few hours after sunrise leaving mostly sunny skies and
another mild late September day. Afternoon RHs likely to bottom out
in the 40-50% range with generally light southwest winds (lake
breeze development anticipated near the Great Lakes). Shower chances
return tonight and continue at times through Thursday. Winds
Wednesday breezy at times out of the southwest, turning more west-
northwesterly by Thursday afternoon.
