...Good chance for showers and storms this afternoon and
evening...
.DISCUSSION...A cold front crosses the region tonight. Shower
chances will increase this afternoon and evening, along with some
thunderstorms. A few strong storms are possible south of M-72.
Much less humid air will move into the region on Wednesday, and no
rain is expected. Minimum humidity levels today will be in the mid
40s to mid 50s percent, while 30s percent will be common
Wednesday. Southwest to west winds today will gust to 25 mph,
while Wednesday will see lighter northwest winds. Mixing heights
today of 3500 to 4500 feet, much higher on Wednesday.
