Dew point temperatures slowly begin to increase tonight along with
winds turning southeastern by Tuesday morning. Most areas are
expected to remain partly cloudy, but afternoon pop-up showers and
storms continue chances of precipitation tomorrow. Otherwise
breezy SE winds gust into the 20s with highs in the 80s for most
areas across northern lower. RH`s will remain well above critical
thresholds.
