.DISCUSSION... Low pressure will slide south across Lake Huron
tonight into Friday, flipping winds more northerly tonight into
Friday. Gusts of 35mph+ possible across NW lower Michigan,
generally 25-30mph elsewhere. Rain showers will be quite
prevalent, especially in northerly flow lake effect regions.
Interior northern lower may see some snow mix in late tonight
through midday Friday, but not anticipating accumulation. Overall,
liquid precip amounts generally 0.10" or less, though some areas
that see repeated lake effect showers may see as high as 0.40".
Highs will generally be anywhere from 39 to 49 degrees, with the
damp conditions keeping RHs well above any concerning levels.
Looking ahead, drier weather prevails Saturday and Sunday amid
more westerly to southwesterly flow. Temperatures bounce back into
the 40s and 50s, holding there through much of next week with
limited rain chances.
