.DISCUSSION...

Rain-free conditions and efficient mixing are expected to lower
RH values below 35 percent today. 20-ft winds will be under 10 mph
this afternoon, increasing through tonight with 20-ft winds
becoming 10- 15 mph by Tuesday morning with gusts 25-35 mph
possible. Widespread rain is also expected to arrive around
midnight tonight and will persist through at least Tuesday
afternoon, resulting in accumulations of generally 0.25" or less
to localized amounts of 0.50" or more.
