level moisture will mix out rather aggressively today, likely
dropping afternoon relative humidity values to near or perhaps a
bit below 40 percent. Excellent RH recovery tonight. Low mixing
heights early this morning will steadily increase as warming
intensifies, exceeding 3.5 kft this afternoon. Very light east
winds today, with winds becoming calm tonight.
