.DISCUSSION...West winds at the burn site today, light this morning,
but becoming sustained generally near 10 mph late morning into the
afternoon. Occasional gusts to near 20 mph possible. By evening, winds
become light and variable before turning calm tonight. Despite a rogue
shower possible this afternoon, RHs progged to fall to the upper 20
to near 30% range with excellent RH recovery tonight. Mixing heights
progged to rise to greater than 6 kft late this morning through the
afternoon.

Similar conditions anticipated at the burn site Friday, although daytime
high temperatures likely a few degrees warmer, RHs a few percent lower,
with continued occasionally breezy daytime winds.
