The areas affected include...  Lake Huron from Sturgeon Point to
Alabaster MI 5NM off shore to US/Canadian border...  Sturgeon Pt to
Alabaster MI...

At 554 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of thunderstorms,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These
storms were located 9 nm west of Tawas Bay, moving east at 30 knots.
