  including Mackinac Island and St Ignace to False Detour
  Channel.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 10 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
