* WHAT...Temperatures ranging from 31 to 37 degrees will result in
  frost formation.

* WHERE...Cheboygan, Crawford, Kalkaska, Missaukee, Montmorency,
  Ogemaw, Oscoda, Otsego, Roscommon, and Wexford Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Saturday.
