* At 746 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 8 nm west of Oscoda to 8 nm northwest of White Stone
  Point, moving east at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
