Total heavy, wet snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches and ice accumulations up to two tenths of an inch. East winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...A portion of Eastern Upper Michigan. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
