...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 7 PM
EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total heavy, wet snow
  accumulations between 1 and 3 inches and ice accumulations up to
  two tenths of an inch. East winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...A portion of Eastern Upper Michigan.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 7 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
  conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday
  morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Freezing drizzle tonight will transition to
  accumulating wet snow Friday afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling.

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.
