* WHAT...Lake effect snow and low visibility. Additional snow
  accumulations up to 4 inches.

* WHERE...Western Chippewa County.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
  may significantly reduce visibility to whiteout conditions at
  times, especially across open areas. The hazardous conditions
  could impact the Friday evening commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
