Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Yellow River at Necedah.
* WHEN...Until Saturday evening.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 16.2 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.7
feet this evening. It will then slowly fall through the week
to below flood stage early Saturday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
