* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, The city of Austin takes specific actions
  to warn people and businesses.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 11.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this afternoon to a crest of 15.2 feet this evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage late this evening.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    15.1 feet on 04/07/1951.
