deaths occur in vehicles.

* IMPACTS...At 14.4 feet, Flooding begins near East Main Street.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 11.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    just after midnight tonight and continue rising to 14.4 feet
    Thursday, June 27. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    14.4 feet on 06/30/2014.
