.DISCUSSION...
No fire weather concerns through the end of the week. Showers and
storms move into the region this afternoon and continue into
Thursday. Rain could be heavy at times with totals of 1-3 inches,
locally higher. Areas south of I-90 are favored to see the
greatest rainfall amounts, especially those across northeast Iowa
into southwest Wisconsin. Southerly winds around 10-15 mph are
expected through Wednesday, but some gusts to 20 mph are possible
west of the Mississippi River this afternoon. Winds become north
to northwesterly Thursday. Otherwise, minimum RHs remain 50
percent or greater through Thursday, falling into the upper 30
percents across Wisconsin on Friday.
