Winds will be from the southwest at ignition time, but will shift
to the south through the morning hours Thursday. Wind speeds will
be generally 5-10 mph throughout the day. Smoke dispersal will be
poor in the morning only reaching fair in the afternoon under
light winds and low mixing heights. Given the lack of deeper
mixing, the minimum RH is expected to bottom out in the mid 40
percents with a low probability (10-20%) of RHs falling into the
upper 30 percents.
