Smoke dispersal this morning will begin poor with the morning
inversion in place, however this will improve to fair conditions
later into the morning and afternoon. There is some potential
(20-30% chance) for fog to reach the area early this morning
which may reduce visibilities to a mile or less. Otherwise,
minimum RHs for today will be generally near or above 50 percent
with winds being light and variable. Shower chances (15-30%)
return for the day on Friday with winds remaining around 5 mph or
less.
