Light winds this morning increase out of the south at 5 to 10 mph
by the afternoon. Aside from passing mid to high clouds, look for
mostly sunny skies today. Daytime RH values fall to around 35 to
40 percent in the afternoon. Mixing heights only top out around
1500-1800 ft, which when combined with light winds, will only
result in fair smoke dispersal conditions. No wetting rains are
forecast.
