.DISCUSSION...
An anomalously warm fall day and a continued lack of rain will
lead to relative humidity values dropping a bit below 40 percent
this afternoon. Winds should consistently be out of the southeast
to around 10 mph with gusts to 15 mph through the day. While smoke
ventilation will be poor at the planned ignition time, it should
quickly become fair by noon, returning to poor by around 5 PM.
There is a very small (5%) chance for a light shower between 5 PM
and 10 PM that would lead to brief sporadic winds, particularly if
it occurs before sunset (6 PM).
