.DISCUSSION...

Partly cloudy skies and light south winds are expected at
ignition time, but winds begin to increase to around 10 mph
after 10am, remaining from the south through the rest of the day.
Cloud cover increases into the afternoon as showers and perhaps a
storm move into the region, which are expected to be in the area
around 5-6 pm and continue into the overnight hours. Rainfall
amounts around 0.1-0.3 inches are expected. Mixing heights top
out around 3kft between 1-2 pm, but will average around 2.5kft
throughout the day. Poor smoke dispersal is expected this
morning, becoming good this afternoon. Otherwise, the minimum RH
is expected to be around 50 percent although there is low
potential to fall as low as 40 percent (10-20%).
