High pressure will provide dry weather and light and variable
winds for Thursday morning. Going through the afternoon, the winds
should become more established from the south, but remain at or
under 5 mph. The light winds and lower mixing heights will limit
smoke dispersion with vent rates only reaching fair levels in the
afternoon. Widespread high clouds will be present during the
morning, which slowly wane in coverage through the afternoon.
