Minnesota...northeast Iowa and southwest into central Wisconsin.

Areas of fog and drizzle will continue through the morning hours
for much of the Upper Mississippi Valley. Some brief/transient
instances of dense fog will be possible, mainly across
Northeastern Iowa and far Southwestern Wisconsin.
