This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast
Minnesota...northeast Iowa and southwest into central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Isolated non-severe thunderstorms are possible, mainly late this
afternoon and early evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Multiple rounds of thunderstorms are forecast for Friday and
Saturday. Widespread rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches over the
course of the 2 days are likely with localized amounts of 5 to 6
inches possible. The flooding threat will hinge on where the
heavier rainfall from each wave of storms falls. Nevertheless,
this rain will increase the risk of river flooding well into next
week.

Some of the storms Friday morning, Saturday morning, and Saturday
afternoon may be severe. Damaging winds will be the main hazard
Friday and Saturday mornings, with winds, hail and possibly a few
tornadoes Saturday afternoon.

There may be another round of severe storms Monday night into
Tuesday, but it is too early to determine any further details.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Not expected at this time, but rainfall and any severe weather
reports Friday and Saturday would be appreciated.

.EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COORDINATION...

No webinar is scheduled.
