A cluster of strong, potentially severe storms, is advancing
northeast across Iowa and will spread over portions of northeast
Iowa and southeast Minnesota through 10 pm.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph possible. Locally heavy rain could result
in urban street flooding along with quick rises on smaller creeks
and streams.
